End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and DayFlo regarding your use of the DayFlo application and services.

1. License Grant

DayFlo grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the application or any of its components
• You may not use the service to process sensitive personal or confidential data not related to your child's schedule
• Any misuse may result in immediate termination of access

3. Beta Disclaimer

DayFlo is currently in beta. Features may change, and you may encounter occasional bugs or interruptions. Your feedback helps improve the product.

4. Limitation of Liability

DayFlo is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for missed events, delays, or data issues that may result from use of the service.

5. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or small claims court, as applicable.
